Interested in a Model?  MAV Designs provides high quality models to fit your design.  We work with Architects, Engineers, Developers, Builders and Individuals who would like to see what their dream home will look like before it is built.

We offer many types of models including Residential, Commercial, Detailed Interior, Site and Study.  We offer levels of detail from massing up to presentation quality.

Our presentation models are built to represent actual materials used on the building and can have a finished base and protective cover for display.  In some cases where the interior of the building needs to be represented, the model can be built so the roof is removable to reveal the floor plan inside.

Our study models can be used as a design tool early on in the design to ensure the form of the building is what is being visualized.  We can also utilize the construction elevations and affix them onto the model for a more realistic look.  We can even render the elevations if a particular color palette is desired.

Interested in a Rendering or Animation?  We can produce a computer model of your design where a variety of views can be taken from anywhere around or inside the building.  Need more?  We can also produce an animated walkthrough around or through the building.

All that is generally required for an estimate are blueprints, AutoCad files or sketches.  We will get an estimate to you within 2-3 days.
