MAV designs offers levels of detail from massing up to presentation quality models.

Our presentation models are built to represent actual materials used on the building and can have a finished base and protective acrylic cover for display. In some cases where the interior of the building needs to be represented, the model can be built so the roof is removable to reveal the floor plan inside.

Our study models can be used as a design tool early on in the design to ensure the forms of the building is what is being visualized. We can also utilize the construction elevations and affix them onto the model for a more realistic look. We can even render the elevations if a particular color palette is desired.
